If you've been following " Different types of before and afters " the course of a year , my fitness health group on Facebook , or my posts about taking pictures with and for your family , you are following this you will I wasn't happy on camera when I was talking about some of my personal posts. As a photographer, I know how important it is to take pictures and be part of memories for your family and friends. Even though I prioritized taking photos a few years ago, I still hated the pictures I had. I felt worse on the inside than on the outside, unhealthy and abnormal. In July 2014, I began my journey to lose weight and get healthy .
I ate low calorie carb and lifted weights 3 times a week and did Industry Email List yoga a few times a week. I set goals for scale, but I also set goals like traction and achieved it.I have found that the only way to be successful in the short and long term is to eat healthy and exercise. I felt more myself, took more pictures with my kids and even took some pictures myself, all with more confidence. At 43 years old, I will be 44 this coming Friday, I feel stronger, fitter and healthier than my 20's and 30's. I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life and it helps my outlook on life and my confidence in almost every aspect of it. Credits to my daughter Ellie Friedman for posing in the last photo shoot we did together .
Ellie and jodi photoshoot 40 Set your goals so you can achieve them MCP Thoughts After reaching my goal weight in July 2015, a year after starting, I decided to mix things up a bit. As a Lululemon customer and fan, I am fascinated by the Seawheeze Half Marathon held in Vancouver every August. I've heard amazing stories from dozens of my fellow Lululemon online friends who participated in this race in 2015. After hearing these stories, I was so inspired that I started the Couch 5K with my daughter Ellie at the end of August. None of us could run more than 30 seconds straight.
